The SSO Zug supports:

  • the oral health of the Zug population and its optimal dental care
  • free and independent practice of the profession
  • the free choice of dentist and patient
  • the free agreement between patient and dentist on the type of treatment to be given

Ethics policy
The ethical policy of the SSO Zug deals with the aspects of the profession as a whole. It is focused on the professional and practice activities of the dental profession:

  • Representing the interests of the dental profession towards politicians, authorities and the general public
  • the preservation of the dental reputation in the public eye
  • close cooperation with other organizations

General meetings
In addition to statutory business such as the admission of new members, current professional problems are also discussed at four general meetings per year; in addition, a topic for further education is offered in each case.

Continuing education
The SSO Zug organizes continuing education programs for its members on an ongoing basis.

Active membership is open to all practicing dentists.
